3rd day: 1 Peter 2:21-25. (Saturday)
Christ was "bearing our sins in his own body on the cross."

4th day: Galatians 3:10-14. (Sunday)
Christ redeemed us by his death on the cross.
Cf. Galatians 2:19-20. Being crucified with Christ.
5th day: John 19:1-7. (Monday)
Jesus is scourged. Cf. Luke 23:16.
6th day: Matthew 27:27-31. (Tuesday)
Jesus is crowned with thorns. Cf. Mark 15:16-20.
7th day: Mark 15:23-39. (Wednesday)
The Crucifixion. Cf. John 19:31-37. The pierced Heart of Jesus.
During Lent make the Stations of the Cross as often as possible.
